We go over what you want to achieve, how your life works, and find out what’s important to you. You are the expert in your own life, and I’m not here to tell you what your goals or desires are. I’m here to help coach you through fitness and nutrition challenges to help you achieve lasting results. We’ll do this by creating new and more healthy habits that you’ll follow for the rest of your life. Do you realize that you may never have to “diet” again?!?
Why is it important to hire a coach?
A coach will listen, and ask great questions, not just dictate what they think is best or have their own agenda. A coach will focus on solutions instead of problems. A coach will not judge you or tell you you’re bad at something, they’ll work with you to find a way to deal with the challenges you face.
Anyone can tell you what to eat, or make up a hard workout routine for you. But, are you getting better from it? Are you enjoying what you’re doing? Do you even understand why you’re doing it? Did you learn any life long habits, or feel empowered to be able to do it on your own? By hiring me, you’re hiring someone to lead you through all the noise and support you on YOUR journey. You might even have fun and enjoy what you’re doing!
I offer a few packages, which I list below. I would love if you would contact me, so I can get to know you and we can pick the best option for you that way. Everybody is different, so it might be a combination of different things from each package below that will make you successful. I am willing to work with you to make this work for you.
